What is Renting amenity of(EFH)?
Evanna fashion House is Singapore's premier fashion destination for Western wear, Ethnic Wear and accessories.
Are you uncertain, what to wear for your next event? At Evanna fashion House, we have an unparalleled selection of carefully curated, appealing designer outfits, accessories and sarees for rent so you can dress up elegantly and never have to wear the same design twice.
How long is the rental period?
The rental period is set at 4 days but it can also be extended to 8 or 12 days for an additional fee. We will deliver your outfit or saree 1-2 days before your event and once you are done, Evanna fashion House can arrange a courier to pick up the dress for an additional fee or you can drop it off for free.
When should I book an appointment?
We are currently only taking client appointments for events that are within 90 days. We recommend that you book your appointment at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure you get the outfit of your dreams. This will also give us enough time if you need to make any alterations (at an additional cost, at your own risk). Appointment is compulsory.
Is there a membership fee to join?
Joining as a member on Evanna fashion House is completely FREE. We do not charge any membership fee. Signing up simply means that you will always have an access to your favorite outfits through your personal Wishlist and receive special discounts and updates from us.
What if I accidentally tear or stain the dress?
Evanna fashion House covers minor wear and tear. Significant damage and blatant theft, however, are not covered and you will be charged the full retail price under those circumstances. If minor repairs are needed, you will be charged the tailoring fee to fix the dress. For any irreparable damages, the full retail price will be charged.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
Any cancellations will be eligible for website credit only. Website credit will be valid for up to 6 months. Any exchanges will be subject to a $25 change fee.
Where does EFH deliver my dress?
Fill in your shipping address upon checkout and we will make sure your dress gets to your desired location. Please ensure that someone at the location can receive your delivery. We deliver throughout Singapore.
Do you ship orders internationally?
If you purchase the outfit,accessory or saree,it will shipped internationally. Renting facility is only available within Singapore.
How do I return the Product?
We can either arrange for a courier to pick-up the product (for an additional fee) or you can choose to do a self drop-off at our showroom for free. The method of pick-up should be noted in the comment section during checkout along with the preferred time slot.
What if I return my order late?
Late returns will be charged an additional $30 per day for every day that your order is late. You will be charged up to 150% of the retail value of the products you ordered. Please note that this late fee is in addition to the rental fee for the products.
If you pay us an amount equal to 150% of the retail value in late fees and you still have the product in your possession, the product is yours to keep.
If you have not returned a rental item within 10 days after the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return .
How do I know what size to order?
If you need help with sizing feel free to contact us or drop by our fashion house to try on our dresses to ensure the perfect fit.
What if the dress doesn't fit?
Request for alterations (a 1-week lead-time is required; additional charges will apply and they will be done at the customer's own risk).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, as well as cash in our Fashion house.
How secure is your payment system?
Our online payment service is provided by PayPal - the online payment system is trusted and used by e-commerce websites all over the world.
Will my information be used for anything else?
